2. Summary
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, embeds no third-party content and loads no resources from other servers. Fonts are stored on this website's own server. The only personal data we receive is what you send us by email.
3. Contacting us
If you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to reply and to follow up on your enquiry. We use what you tell us about your growing operation to understand grower needs while we develop our product.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and validating our project (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and, where you ask us to stay in touch, steps prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: we keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and delete it when it is no longer needed unless legal retention duties apply. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
4. Language setting
The site reads your browser's language setting to show the German or English version. This happens only in your browser; nothing is sent to us. If you switch language with the EN/DE control, your browser stores that choice locally (localStorage) so the site remembers it. It is not a cookie, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Storing it is strictly necessary for a function you requested (§ 165 (3) TKG 2021).
5. Hosting
This website is hosted by statichost.eu (Variable Object Assignment, c/o Knackeriet, Sankt Paulsgatan 25, 11848 Stockholm, Sweden) on servers in the European Union. To deliver pages, the host's servers necessarily handle your IP address and browser request for the duration of the connection. According to the provider, its server logs do not store IP addresses or other personal data, only the size of each response for billing, and are deleted within seven days.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable delivery of this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data (Art. 15)
- rectification (Art. 16)
- erasure (Art. 17)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- data portability (Art. 20)
